Cancellation Policy

FFP2 masks must be worn on public transport and in airplanes. Furthermore, wearing a mask in public areas and at events is recommended, but not mandatory.

Currently, no Covid vaccination or testing is required for admission to an event.

Cancellations must be received in writing by May 26th, 2022. No refunds will be granted after that date.

To cancel a registration, please send an email to and include “European Post-Chicago Meeting 2022 Cancellation” in the subject line. A processing fee of 30 Euro will be deducted from each cancelled registration.

Substitutions (new ticket holder must come from the same institution) are possible and must be received in writing by June 24th, 2022. To substitute a registration please send an email including the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to and include “European Post-Chicago Meeting 2022 Substitution” in the subject line.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected, political or economic events or generally by force, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons need program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

CME Credits

The European Post Chicago Meeting has been granted by the European Accreditationcouncil on CME (EACCME®) up to 10 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.

How to receive your CME Credits

To obtain CME credits, please fill in the evaluation form, which you will find in your congress bag and in the meeting rooms. To get your certificate of attendance with the CME credits, please return the evaluation form duly filled in to the registration desk.

Participants who attend only online will receive their certificate after filling out the evaluation form. You will receive this from us. The number of credits is determined by the number of sessions attended during the congress. This attendance will be recorded in the system.

A commercial exhibition will be held at the congress venue, close to the main rooms.

The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in  respect health and travel insurance.

Language and Translation

The official language of the meeting will be English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

The registration desk is situated at the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel to the right of the reception and in front of the meeting area entrance.

Physical tickets to the event will be sent once the virtual congress platform and registration tool have been connected to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees across the board. The email dispatch of tickets for on-site participation is expected to take place on June 27, 2022.
